    Default RF ic change

    I try to change the RF ic MMM7010 on bb 8520 but after the phone is dead i use the heat gun at 335 c which was the temp that move the chip but phone dead now but was working before help me understand how to replace this ic, thank you

    i have a BlackBerry 8520 i change RF ic but now phone is dead, they say use temperatura of not more than 260C, when check my temperatura was 220C solder melt ok but still phone is dead. Can u give me some ideas on how to replace this IC. thank you.

    ok i try again and see cause i change audio ic, track pad ic, pa ic, but rf ic give me problem all the time make me wonder why
