i have samsung sgh-n710 when power on just signal come set power off tell me what problem ?????????/

Please help me the n710 samsung is going out of power while I tey to switch on the mobile with sim but without sim it can boot and show "Insert Sim" . While trying to make a sos call without sim result is "Off". I changed battery, flashed but no result.
